Nicole Levy has a rich background in and around the real estate industry in Austin for more than a decade. Nicole's experience and resources provide clients with personal service and knowledge of the local real estate market. Both her intuitive nature and market savvy helps take the pressure off her clients and protect their interests while they work together. Having worked as a closer for a title company Nicole can anticipate the structure, process and requirements for a successful transaction. Nicole carefully insulates her clients needs, as they are paramount to ensuring the process is seamless when buying or selling real estate.Originally from Harlingen, Nicole moved to Austin in 1990 to attend St. Stephen's Episcopal School. After receiving her BA from Baylor University she returned to Austin to begin a career in the real estate realm: residential development, custom homebuilding, and title/escrow. Nicole and her husband and have 2 young children and enjoy all Austin has to offer them as a family.
